Returns & Exchanges

Before processing the return/ exchange, we highly recommend you to have a look at our Returns & Exchanges policy below. 

We want you to love your online purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may refund or exchange the item/s you’ve purchased.

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds on SALE items, we can offer credit notes or exchanges only. Items received outside this period may not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns time frame.

If you believe you item is faulty please send clear photo(s) of fault to online@splashswimwear.com.au with brief description and your order number.  We will then provide you with an RA number to return the item. 

All returns should be sent with a tracking number. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Splash Swimwear. Please bear in mind that we are located in Darwin and regular mail takes minimum 5 business days to reach us, otherwise express post is min 2 days.

Please ensure you include the returns form with your return.

RETURNS POLICY FOR PURCHASES IN OUR RETAIL STORE

For any purchases made in our Darwin store, unfortunately we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. However we do offer exchange or an store/online credit for returns within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition as purchased with original tags still in place and proof of purchase must be presented.

SWIMWEAR & INTIMATES

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of swimwear bottoms unless they are unworn with all hygiene stickers in place.

RETURNS PROCESSING

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund of purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow 3 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Exchanges will be resent at your cost.
